Now we're opening the playbook to operators who want to bring it home — six-bay clubrooms, launch-monitor-grade sims, a short list of good whiskey, and a members' community that actually shows up on Tuesdays.

We're looking for operators,
not absentees.

You'll operate the first club yourself We are seeking owner-operators who are committed to being actively involved in the business. During the first 12 months, we expect franchisees to be regularly present, engaged with daily operations, and focused on building a strong foundation for long-term success.
Hospitality or member-services background Experience in hospitality, customer service, restaurants, country clubs, hotels, or related industries can provide valuable skills for operating a BirdieBay location. A passion for golf and creating exceptional guest experiences is equally important. While this experience is not required, it is highly beneficial.
You know your location We believe the strongest franchisees are connected to their communities. Whether you've lived in the area for years, have deep local relationships, or actively participate in community organizations and events, that local knowledge can be a significant advantage in growing a successful BirdieBay location

Site Selection

We work with you to select and secure a location.

Architectural Drawing

We will work side by side with our BirdieBay designers and the architect of your choosing to make sure the space is exactly how you dreamed it.

Bidding Process

We’ll assist in reviewing Contractor bids to ensure you do not get taken advantage of on pricing.

Permitting

Permitting can be the biggest pain in the neck, we’ve been through it, and can help expedite the process.

Buildout

We’ll be there on site before, during and after your buildout to ensure everything is up to the BirdieBay Standard.

Training/Opening/Support

From your first day of training to your grand opening and beyond, we'll provide the tools, guidance, and support needed to confidently operate your BirdieBay location.
